CONFERENCE ROOMS / MEETING SPACES

  • Empty trash & recycling

  • Dust tables, credenzas, chairs, and visible surfaces

  • Wipe and disinfect conference tables and chair arms

  • Clean fingerprints/smudges from interior glass and doors

  • Straighten chairs and reset room layout

  • Vacuum or sweep/mop floors

RESTROOMS

  • Empty trash & sanitary receptacles; replace liners

  • Clean and disinfect toilets, urinals, and bases

  • Clean and disinfect sinks, faucets, and counters

  • Clean mirrors and chrome fixtures to a streak-free shine

  • Wipe and disinfect partitions, door handles, and light switches

  • Restock toilet tissue, paper towels, and soap (client-supplied or Olive-supplied)

  • Sweep and mop floors with disinfecting solution

FLOORS (ALL AREAS)

  • Vacuum all carpeted areas, rugs, and mats

  • Sweep all hard floors

  • Damp mop hard floors with appropriate eco-friendly cleaner

  • Spot-clean stains or spills where possible

OFFICES & WORKSTATIONS

  • Empty trash & recycling; replace liners as needed

  • Dust desks, shelves, window sills, and reachable surfaces (paperwork left in place)

  • Wipe and disinfect high-touch areas: chair arms, drawer pulls, light switches, door handles

  • Spot-clean walls, doors, and light switch plates as needed

  • Vacuum carpets and rugs; sweep/mop hard floors under and around desks

HALLWAYS & COMMON AREAS

  • Empty trash & recycling receptacles

  • Dust ledges, railings, baseboard tops where reachable

  • Wipe and disinfect door handles, push bars, elevator buttons, light switches

  • Spot-clean walls and doors as needed

  • Vacuum carpets; sweep and mop hard floors

BREAKROOM / KITCHENETTE

  • Empty trash & recycling; replace liners

  • Wipe and disinfect counters, tables, and sinks

  • Wipe exterior of appliances (microwave, fridge, dishwasher, coffee maker)

  • Spot-clean cabinet fronts and handles

  • Clean microwave interior (light soil)

  • Sweep and mop floors

HIGH-TOUCH DISINFECTING (ALL AREAS)

  • Door handles and push plates

  • Light switches

  • Elevator buttons

  • Shared equipment handles (copiers, fridge, microwave, coffee machine)

  • Handrails

  • Start by telling us about your space so we can design the right Olive Commercial Clean.

    We’ll ask for:

    • Type of space (office, clinic, studio, boutique, etc.)

    • Square footage and number of restrooms

    • Days/times your business is open

    • How often you’d like service (1x week, 2x week, nightly, monthly)

    Then choose any add-ons you need, such as:

    • Interior glass and partition detailing

    • Extra restroom or breakroom deep cleaning

    • High dusting of vents and fixtures (reachable by step stool)

    • Move-in / move-out or post-buildout cleans

    We’ll build a clear proposal so you know exactly what’s included before we ever set foot in your space.

  • Once your scope is set, we’ll create a schedule that works around your business, not against it.

    We’ll:

    • Coordinate cleaning times before/after hours or during low-traffic windows

    • Confirm key, alarm, and access procedures

    • Assign a dedicated Olive team so you see familiar faces

    • Set your billing and communication preferences

    You’ll receive a service outline with your visit frequency, arrival windows, and point of contact, so everything feels organized and predictable.

  • On service days, your Olive team arrives quietly and prepared—with eco-friendly products, detailed checklists, and The Olive Way standard.

    We:

    • Empty trash and recycling, refresh restrooms, and reset breakrooms

    • Disinfect high-touch surfaces and keep entry areas guest-ready
