Dust desks, shelves, window sills, and reachable surfaces (paperwork left in place)
Wipe and disinfect high-touch areas: chair arms, drawer pulls, light switches, door handles
Spot-clean walls, doors, and light switch plates as needed
Vacuum carpets and rugs; sweep/mop hard floors under and around desks

Dust ledges, railings, baseboard tops where reachable

How It Works

Start by telling us about your space so we can design the right Olive Commercial Clean.
We’ll ask for:
Type of space (office, clinic, studio, boutique, etc.)
Square footage and number of restrooms
Days/times your business is open
How often you’d like service (1x week, 2x week, nightly, monthly)
Then choose any add-ons you need, such as:
Interior glass and partition detailing
Extra restroom or breakroom deep cleaning
High dusting of vents and fixtures (reachable by step stool)
Move-in / move-out or post-buildout cleans
We’ll build a clear proposal so you know exactly what’s included before we ever set foot in your space.

Once your scope is set, we’ll create a schedule that works around your business, not against it.
We’ll:
Coordinate cleaning times before/after hours or during low-traffic windows
Confirm key, alarm, and access procedures
Assign a dedicated Olive team so you see familiar faces
Set your billing and communication preferences
